Testosterone deficiency can affect many different aspects of your health, including causing changes to your sexual health, sleeping pattern and even the way that your body looks. Testosterone deficiency can also affect your mood in many ways, sometimes causing you to feel:1

  • Angry more often than usual
  • Irritable
  • Sad or depressed
  • A low sense of self-esteem

The NHS has created a library of helpful health and wellbeing apps, which have all been reviewed and approved by industry experts. These apps can help in a variety of ways, for example when keeping a mood diary or practicing mindfulness.
