ADAM questionnaire

The ADAM (Androgen Deficiency in Ageing Males) questionnaire can quickly and easily measure your symptoms caused by testosterone deficiency.1

Your doctor, nurse or specialist may have asked you to undertake an ADAM questionnaire to check your symptoms. The results of the ADAM questionnaire can help inform your nurse/doctor and aid diagnosis of testosterone deficiency.

Do you have reduced libido/sex drive?

This is when your desire or want to have sex is lower than before.

Question two

Do you have a lack of energy?

Question three

Do you have a decrease in strength and/or endurance?

This is feeling weaker, or feeling like you can’t remain active for a longer period of time.

When your height measurement is shorter than it was before.

Question five

Have you noticed less enjoyment of life?

This could be feeling unhappy about or disinterested in things (such as hobbies) that made you happy before.
